 1:1 Pilates

If you’re new to Pilates a 1:1 session is a great place to start, particularly if you’re recovering from an injury or to give you the confidence when you’re ready to go to a mat class.

1:1 Pilates classes are at Mornington or Heather’s private studio in Sorell.

All 1:1 Pilates classes are by appointment. To book a 1:1 Pilates session with Heather please contact her.

Studio Pilates

For two or three people. These sessions are great if you’re looking for long-term injury recovery or if you’re more experienced and looking to challenge yourself.

Studio Pilates classes are at Mornington. All studio classes are by appointment.

Small group classes of up to 10 people, perfect for on-going Pilates practice.

 Hi, I’m Heather

I discovered Pilates after a serious car accident left me with restricted mobility.  My Doctor and Osteopath recommended that I do Pilates to aid my recovery.  As I continued my journey with Pilates I discovered other modalities such as Emmett. The EMMETT Technique is a safe and simple muscle release therapy developed by Ross Emmett. ... It is an amazingly gentle and simple muscle release therapy that is used to ease pain and discomfort, increase movement and improve quality of life.  It is a technique used around the world.   

 I have been doing Pilates for over 8 years and I have been teaching Pilates for over 6 years. 

 I am fully qualified with a Diploma of Pilates including clinical Pilates and I am registered with the Australian Pilates Method Association.
