What sort of Pilates class is best for me?

 

1:1

If you’re new to Pilates a 1:1 session is a great place to start, particularly if you’re recovering from an injury or to give you the confidence when you’re ready to go a mat class.

Studio Sessions

For two or three people. These sessions are great if you’re looking for long-term injury reocvery or if you’re more experience and looking to challenge yourself.

Mat Classes

Small group classes of up to 10 people perfect for on-going Pilates practice.
